What should I do after a leak or overflow?

First, ensure your safety by turning off the power to affected areas if possible, and stop the water source if you can do so safely, such as shutting off the main water valve. Then contact us to discuss the situation and current availability for water extraction and drying.

Can you inspect carpet and flooring affected by water?

Yes. We assess carpet, padding, and flooring affected by water to help determine what can be cleaned and dried versus what may need replacement. We document the conditions we find, which can support your records.

What happens during water extraction and drying?

We remove standing water with extraction equipment, then set up industrial dehumidifiers and air movers to draw remaining moisture out of structural materials. We monitor moisture levels during the drying process. Drying time depends on the severity, materials affected, and humidity.

Do you work with property managers after a leak?

Yes. We work with property managers across San Diego County on water extraction and drying for rental units, including leaks that may affect adjacent units. Contact us to discuss the property and situation.
