3. Estimates and Pricing

Any estimates provided online or over the phone are approximate and subject to change upon physical inspection of the property. Final pricing will be confirmed before any work begins.

4. Cancellations

We request at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of appointments. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care when working in your home or business, Brothers Carpet & Restoration is not responsible for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or issues arising from the inherent nature of the materials being cleaned or restored.
