4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. SMS delivery is subject to the effective transmission from your network operator.
5. Emergency Services & Afterhours
For emergency water extraction or mold remediation, additional fees apply as outlined in our current price list, including a $300.00 Afterhours Extraction fee. All emergency dispatches require a valid, reachable phone number for coordination.
6. Limitation of Liability
Frank Javier Trujillo (Brothers Carpet & Restoration) is not responsible for delays in service or missed appointments caused by incorrect contact information provided by the user or technical failures in SMS/telephony delivery beyond our control. We provide our services on an “as-is” basis.
